UTurn

UTurn is a fully-integrated line of youth ministry resources created to help local church youth leaders facilitate highly effective and relevant evangelism, discipleship, student ministry training and leadership training. UTurn was created with the assumption that the fields of youth are already white for harvest. It is designed to harvest large numbers of youth into the kingdom and guide them step by step toward fulfilling their God-given ministries. UTurn targets youth at various stages of spiritual growth and awareness along with adult youth leaders. Though most Foursquare churches have thousands of teenagers within a ten-mile radius of their location, our average church wins less than 12 youth to Jesus--in a whole year. Clearly, conventional youth ministry is not working. The church is in a dire need to make a Uturn.

The purpose of Uturn is to support local church senior pastors and youth leaders to achieve the following:

• A dramatic increase in the number of local church youth salvations and water baptisms.
• A dramatic increase in the number of local church youth filled with the Holy Spirit.
• A dramatic increase in the number of local churches with on going youth discipleship.
• A dramatic increase of senior pastor involvement in their youth ministry.
• A dramatic increase in the number of local churches with clear strategic vision for youth ministry.
• A dramatic increase of local church youth ministry attendance.
• A dramatic increase of effective, relevant and integrated tools and resources for local church leaders.
